💌 Pre-Order Notice:
Due to global demand, Labubu products are on pre-order and may take 2–4 weeks for delivery. Please be patient as your cutie travels from overseas to your doorstep!

⏳ Anime Figure Shipping:
Some anime figures may take 30–40 business days to arrive, especially limited or exclusive items.

🛑 Important Info Before You Order:

  1. No Refunds or Returns After Opening (Unless Damaged):
    Once you unbox your order, we can only offer returns/refunds if there’s a clear quality issue. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for personal reasons like a change of mind or not getting your preferred item in a Blind Box.

  2. Outer Box Damage Disclaimer:
    While we pack everything with love and care, we can’t guarantee that the outer box will arrive flawless. Any damage to outer packaging is usually due to courier handling and won’t qualify for a refund. We’re only responsible for the figures inside.

  3. Blind Box Products – Please Read:
    Blind box items may have small factory imperfections like slight paint smudges, scratches, or uneven coloring. These are considered normal and part of the manufacturing process.

  4. Plushies May Need Fluffing:
    Your plush might arrive a little squished (shipping is rough!). Just give it a gentle fluff and it’ll be good as new.

  5. Incorrect/Damaged/Missing Items:
    If your order arrives with a missing, wrong, or damaged item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package. Requests made after that sadly won’t qualify for support.
